* Hair Preparation: Please ensure your hair is washed and blow-dried before your appointment.
* Hygiene: All combs and tools are thoroughly sanitized. However, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
* Hair Inclusion: Hair is included for butterfly locs and braid styles. Please specify your desired color in the notes section when booking.
* Booking: All appointments must be made through my website. Please refrain from sending DMs to book appointments.
* Late Policy: There is a $30 late fee for clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.
* Guests: To ensure a comfortable environment for everyone, please do not bring extra guests to your appointment.
* Address: The exact address will be sent to you 24 hours before your appointment.
* Payment: Payment can be made via Zelle, StyleSeat, or Apple Pay.
